We fished that same depth of water last night just south of Port Sheldon. Did you guys see many marks on the graph or were they still few and far between?
Very few marks. Of the ones we did have, most were in the 80-85 ft range

Good job Mike, It was tough out there this morning.

Was joined by Roger and Teresa (No Mo Beggen) for a morning fish. Started in 60fow with a sw troll out to 150. Fished from 6:00 to 12:00 Very slow for us with only 1 king boated and 3 more making the great escape. Area 51 spinny with a green glo fly on a mag dippsy 110 back on 2 took the king, 225 copper with carmel dolphin took a rip as did 8 and 10 color core get-r-done and area 51 spoon.

WOW - A true PIG! Congrats
-
Gord, glad you got the pic. I had one last year just like that. The fish was about 5-6 pounds and had all those wormy markings on the back. According to the Mich. DNR fishing handbook, that would be defined as a Splake. However I keep getting told that there are no Splake in Lake Mich. Maybe you can get some feedback from some charter Captains.

Nice job Corey. Hope you can save that copper!
