  1. Well I dont like this guy already but If you are running big boards I could see his logic then you are running each side with the same setup and if you are running big boards thats important. being you are running 300 copper and 300 lead at different depths with the same lead if you get a fish on your leadcore as you probally run that outside andrun it back out then your lead will be running shallower than the copper and jumping copper across lead is gonna make a mess. when we used to run the big guys for walleye you always run the exact same program on each side to avoid jumping the shallower lines.

  2. I love plugs the glo stickones you have I have quite a few of them they are made by Northport nailer and are awesome not made anymore though I used to start running those in may and they do catch all species I used to catch big walleye right along with the kings on them over the years the green with a whitebelly and black ladderback nailer plug has been my best plug hands down for LK. Huron!

Very little sleep put alotta hours in but well worth it had an absolute blast! I always fish with my grandpa and girlfriend and got a guy to come up from work for a couple trips basicall 85-120 down over 100 -250 FOW depending on the day and time! About half the fish were over 10 lbs biggest was over 15 thats steelhead in 7lbs 4 oz in the first pic and thats the 15 no monsters but fun, fun, fun!!

  4. Yeah found that out the hard way about ten years ago I know a guy that swore by running them that way well I triedit had to end up pulling my riggers and putting the boat in neutral to get it in.

  5. getting more lines out does not equal more fish thought. If you want more fish, than you need to get the baits in the zone the fish are at. Mono on board will work, but this year we have loads of warm water in close, and the fish are deep. Unless your out at predawn, you most likely will be fishing above the fish.

    for sure i totally agree!!

  6. This time of year the fish are alittle deep. but later on I run 6-8 ounce snap weights off boards and run plugs behind em with quite a bit of success actually. I tried the torpedos last year I tried the very large cuda size and there is no way an inline will pull the big size and then got researching them and they want you to run them on wire so it does the same job as a dipsy at a quarter more of the price.
