Don the boats going in the slip around the 15th of April, you better be ready!
-
Nice John! I need a picture
like that!
-
we use 4/0 and 5/0 mustad saltwater single hooks Dave.
-
we change all our hooks to singles. Stinger sends us blanks, and everyone gets a single hook. Dont see any difference in action. They catch fish, and when you get a single hook in your face, your coming in the boat! Ive had to use wire cutters many times to split the jaw, eye socket and the top of the head to get the hook out.

Stinger Modified Coyote, hands down!
-
Did they give an explanation as to why you didnt receive the whole order?
-
Maybe they were goldfish J?
-
What day does it start? working just up the road
-
They ARE almost part for part the exact same as the Okuma Magda reels (not magna! ) - kids!!
I had a DMII 30 for a while, salmon will tear them up over time....
Almost is the key word! I have Magdas that are 6 yrs old and still going! Depthmasters didnt last a year.. The parts may look the same on paper, but the drags suck and they dont last
-
I had 6 of them, used them for 1 yr and took them back! I think they are the economy model from Okuma
-
u dont need twili tips for copper

I love this time of the year! You can sleep in and dont have to leave the dock at 6

-
Thats a no-no on are boat also!!!
-
Nice fish John! We pulled a 22 lb laker out of Muskegon 2 weeks ago! What a pig.
-
We have been running everything from 75 copper to the riggers at 130 and pulling fish there. your in the right area.
-
I hear ya, I sold my 18' lund alaskan when we got the big boat. What a bonehead move!
-
Are you upgrading Joe?
-
thats what we had sunday, still caught fish.but it was 62 deg at 110 down. didnt plan on running 400 copper this time of the year.
-
Im leaving the boat in the water until Nov 1. Hoping the water cools down for some hot steelie action!
-
There were some 4 yr olds caught out in 250, we need to get the lake to roll over and its game on! I had 62 deg at 110 down we caught steelhead on the riggers that deep and deeper and on the 400 copper! not like last fall
-
sounds like tough fishing J. We went 9 for 14 on sunday, all were small kings and steelies, with a 22lb laker thrown in. should be getting better when mother nature gets off the rag!
-
Nice job Ed, might have been bigger next year but sure will be good on the grill at deer camp!
