Hey Ed, It looks awesome in the water but plain, its ugly. Same stuff we have put on the Proctologist, Poofster, Arctic Blast, and a bunch of other flies for years. Lots of companies use it also. 1 key to a really good fly, any brand that's working for you hold it up to light. If it has a tan maybe dishwater brown color that's the stuff that makes them just flash in the water such great color for some reason. We finally after years got it in a plastic. Hey GM, A lot of guys still don't run meat. Plugs are a lot of the go to baits once the fish start getting in close. Every dog has its day I guess. We also might do another flasher, looks like a skateboard or paddle you might say. I got to look into a hook making machine. Thanks BW

Pretty much what you guys are saying is the responsive we get. Some like the snap so the harness don't fall off on the boat, but you want it to float if it breaks off. We want to make sure that it works is made here not overseas. We have new plastics that I think would be great on plugs also. Thanks guys, BW

Site is up but we are in the middle of a hard dog rescue. Will be adding content as we can. Lots of painting done and more to do. We have picked out about 10 cutbait combos ( spotted, speckle, blue balls etc) That we are running a crap load of so we can keep them in stock next year, we hope. Thanks everyone, BW

Thanks Ryan. No never thought we would grow so fast and that's part of the problem. This year again we had much more business. Working all ready for next year on painted stuff. Had some new stuff test really good this year so lots to do. Last night was on the phone also for 2 hours with customers and suppliers, yea on a Sat:) Can always call but please leave a message, I cant answer when I am painting. If we can stay open we will but don't want to be like some that stay open just to take orders knowing full well they wont ship for a month. Thanks guys, BW

No big deal Jim. People don't know I do all the painting and 2 years ago now I was in the hospital and down at home for 4 months. That put us way behind for last year. This year orders went way up again. There is very little anymore being done in this country as a whole. Its more work but its the right thing to do. We have the chance to do paddles and plugs this winter and am thinking that over but will have to hire more people and might want a break:) Anyway no big deal, we keep growing at a fast rate so guess that's good.

Weenie dogs and back problems man o man we had 3 in 4 years at 9 grand a pop for surgery. There went my 67 Lincoln I wanted. We might be taking in a 14 year old dog that had never been out of her cage until a bit over a year ago. Figure let her come here and live out her life and enjoy it. BW

Its hard to keep up when everything we do is made in the USA except our hooks. Flies are tied here, meat rigs made here, painting and all plastic molding etc. Its much much easier to buy a bunch of stuff from China but screw that.Karen works a full time job and we have the dog thing going on. I think when the store went down we had about 100 internet orders plus tackle stores in about 3 days. We can leave the store up as some do and try and get to it but that's not fair to people. People still call and if we can fill the order we do. Most stores will ship, Hunting Fishing USA ships. Another thing people don't understand its not just about having product. Whats hot? Who new this year what ones would just go flying out of here? How about all the ____ that I got yesterday that should have been here 6 weeks ago. So we try as hard as we can but we also are growing a lot every year. Jason call me anytime or email same goes for anyone. Got to go, dog to the vet and then painting for next year, BW

Gold Coast/ Port Sheldon. Rays mini mart / Muskegon Shoreline Muskegon. Johnsons/Whitehall Pentwater Angler, Capt Chucks Ludington, Dons Manistee. Hope I didn't forget anyone. They were made for flies with a 18 - 21 inch leader but lots of guys are running them with the cutbait rigs. Less drag than other 8 inch so nice on core and copper. 12 inch weenies next week we hope and all MADE IN MICH. Thanks BW
