  1. For Sale: A great two-story home in a quiet neighborhood with ingress and egress access to peaceful all sports Tioga Lake. This lake always seems calm and serene, lightly used and has great fishing, plenty of wildlife, and a wonderful natural shoreline section without any homes to obscure the tranquil setting. It's ready for you to come home after a long day and enjoy. There's so much great lake stuff to see and do, yet so close to shopping, dining, metro parks, and great community activities. This home has an expansive open kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room, large bedrooms, tastefully updated bathrooms and newer mechanicals. The exterior is in great shape, and there is a detached 2-car deep design garage, large front yard and a well thought out deck overlooking the sizeable backyard. This home is in move-in ready condition with many recent improvements, such as new carpet, painting, and more. Come and see it to get the real feel for this wonderful property.
  2. The price was recently reduced on this awesome waterfront setting. Though this home is connected to the famous Portage Chain of Lakes in southeast Michigan, which has a heritage of satisfying almost all lake recreational ambitions such as fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking, cruising, or swimming, and more, this property also has a very private look and feel. It has a huge lakefront lot with a road-end location. Epic views of Little Portage Lake are visible from all front windows, and especially from the breathtaking balcony. This roomy newer custom home is both practical and elegant with an open architecture feel, plenty of natural light, and dramatic exterior design. Interested in this property or one like it? 3. Hi All I am seeking a few recruits to test some of my LureCharge products while ice fishing. I live on the west coast where the only ice is in the freezer. I would like to assist about 10 volunteers in 'voltage tuning' their own lures with some of my products and/or send some of my own spoons. Don't laugh, skeptics. I can make one of two identical lures catch about 80% of the fish when trolled 16' apart. I would like a cross section of anglers who go after different species and use different setups. This is still a learning curve for me. To this point, I haven't found a style of lure that I can't tune to some degree, including flies with stainless or nickel hooks. I would like to do an info share on this link so as to be completely transparent and above board. We can do address info later via PM, email, or through a moderator. Thanks Al Dampier www.lurecharge.com
  4. SOLD. This beautiful and roomy 2-story colonial with 1.5 baths has a full basement and also has access to Tioga Lake. The home sits on a spacious treed lot. The Brick Paver hardscape includes a custom fireplace great for entertaining or quiet evenings. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs up to vacant land. The large, elevated deck faces this natural setting. In addition to being in a quiet neighborhood with a rural look and feel, you are also close to schools and shopping. Interested in taking a look? 5. Hello, I am looking at buying a 16ft Lowe mod-v boat. I am planning on Salmon fishing in Lake Michigan. Could I get away with a mod-v style? I wouldn't go out in more than 2 feet waves. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
  6. Up for sale is my 1988 Baha Cruisers Weekender 280, I currently operate this boat as a fishing charter boat in Ludington,Mi. This boat is very nice for a 26yr old sporttrolling boat. Asking $16000 but am willing to entertain any offers. I have owned the boat since the spring of 2005,prior to that it was a Lake Erie fishing boat, non charter. I purchased the boat the spring of 2005,the place of purchase was Happy Days boating, the boat had the stringers replaced spring of 2005 as well by Happy Days boating. 9. Fished AM trips both Sat & Sun this weekend. The average for most people fishing were somewhere between 1 to 3 fish per boat...with a couple people being a little above that # and some people getting skunked. This is from my conversations with other fisherman at the cleaning station. Here is my report from both trips SAT 8/4/12 Ended up being 3 for 5 I wasnt too happy about this number considering we were in the fish then a couple of boat pushed us out of the depth we were in which blew us over the fish. By the time we got back to the depth we wanted, the bite was over. Did pick up a RAINBOW that was 84' down on the rigger. We could have limited i think, however the wind was picking up and we were already over 7 miles from the harbor and pulled lines at 9 to make it back somewhat early.
