  1. Lake Erie Walleye hanging around a piece of structure. I took this footage last summer in about 15 feet of water. https://rumble.com/embed/v747w1q/?pub=66lt3
  2. I was able to get my buddy Jim out on the ice for the first time in about 10 years. We fished East Harbor of Lake Erie. What makes this area unique is that you are fishing 3 to 4 feet of water and you can look down the ice fishing hole and see the fish hit. For us guys up north it doesn't get much better during the winter. The only bad part is drilling through about 15 inches of ice. I let Jim use the underwater camera which gives a little extra excitement when the fish roll in. I'll leave a link if you would like to watch any of the underwater footage. 3. Hopefully this gives you a little warm up for this winter. Bass fishing along the shores of Lake Erie. This particular day demonstrated how the largemouth bass can be found all along the shores of Lake Erie no matter where you fish. https://rumble.com/v746ly0-lake-erie-summer-heat-bass-fishing.html?mref=66lt3&mc=9e0fe
  4. While bass fishing a small bay off of Lake Erie last Saturday I seen on camera some yellow perch moving in. The one looked like a giant! Time to get the ice fishing gear ready. Lake Erie Giant Yellow Perch Video Click Here

  5. You might be surprised by what type of fish is hanging around the predators of Lake Erie. Lake Erie Underwater Video Click Here to Play
  6. I was doing some side scanning of the bottom and came across something odd. I dropped the camera down and I'm baffled to what it is. You have any idea? I took some underwater video of it. Lake Erie Odd Find Video Click Here
  7. I took this video last week of few largemouth bass on beds in Michigan. The thing that surprised me most is you can't really even tell there is a bed there. Have you guys ever noticed that some bass make large beds and others don't? The video is a short two or so minute glimpse underwater of the bass hanging around the bed and how one reacts to a wacky rig near it. Bass Bedding video click here

  8. Jim and I finally timed the big slab crappie bite right this year on Lake Erie. We've been wanting to do it, and always get side tracked with walleye, largemouth, or smallmouth. It's tough when all three are available and you have to choose one for the day. We ended up catching a nice two man limit and shocking how much meat was on them compared to inland crappies. I cleaned my half and plan on taking them to my folks Mother's Day weekend. It's my dad's birthday that weekend as well. They will have plenty of crappie to eat that's for sure! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif Below is a short video of the crappie fishing day. https://rumble.com/v6spum7-how-to-ca...66lt3&mc=9e0fe
  9. It's about that time of year to start thinking about smallmouth bass fishing on Lake St Clair again. It won't be long and we will have open water to cast our lines. This trip was from last spring pre-spawn and lake was still very cold. It doesn't seem to matter what time of year you go, the bass fishing never seems to disappoint there. 10. Lake Erie Islands Smallmouth Bass Fishing. Here's a little something to get you through the cabin fever. Nice fall day of smallmouth fishing around the Lake Erie Islands. https://rumble.com/v6k1szg-lake-erie-islands-bass-fishing.html?mref=66lt3&mc=9e0fe
  11. Here's a view from under the ice on East Harbor this past week. Really cold out for us, but the fish didn't mind. https://rumble.com/v6cefep-take-a-look-under-the-ice.html?mref=66lt3&mc=9e0fe
  12. Fishing the heat of the summer and going deep into the swamp to pull out some nice largemouth bass on West Harbor of Lake Erie. West Harbor Lake Erie Bass Fishing Video Click Here
  13. Osprey is one I didn't think about. That would be a good guess.
  14. While I was filming on Lake Erie I came across this bluegill that had damage to its dorsal and had healed over. I'm curious what you may think caused it? Short one minute video of damaged bluegill click here
  15. I've fished the east arm before, but never the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. This spring trip I had 4 hours to locate and catch some fish. What a spectacular fishery. I'll definitely be coming back there in the future. Below is a link to my video from that morning on the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Grand Traverse Bay Video Click Here
