Gone through allot of releases over years, found that blacks are my favorite, easy to set and you can change tension throughout season as the fish get bigger

Most all adult kings mature at 3 years not many make it to 4

Fished SH sat and sun started 12 miles north sat in 120 ' on out troll hammered out a decent box of 9 kings for 11 most came on low divers out 220 w spin doc and meat teaser set ups best depth sat 150- 170 went back on sun with late start due to loss in red wing game they were gone trolled south finally picked up 6 cohos in 19 s top # then put on in troll from 160 in to 100' from 150- 100 picked up nice mature kings all way in to fill box with our ten again on meat rigs 200 - 245 on lows and 130-155 on highs nice day out there one over 20 almost spooled me speed sun at ball 3.0 sat 2.7

Just installed one on my boat it should have + and neg terminal markings if not I believe left side term for course comp is + it maches other term on course comp pos left neg right hope this helps their tech support is pretty good good luck

Yes it's the transducer had problem like that myself after a year never heard out of box but who knows. Whomever you bought it from should swap out at no charg to you. They will send back as defective at least that's how I got my new one

Shook down boat ( outbound) 4-27 checked out new toys installed over winter fished middle of day for three hours ended 3 for 3 all trout in 80' all came on riggers near bottom all on flasher fly combos wish had more time to fish but nice day out glad to be back on water

Thanks for reply SeaCat. Boat does have hydro steering with two helms one in pilot house and one on deck. Each independent of one another I only drive from deck when trolling I am wondering is their an elect pump that can run fluid pressure and then have servo distributed steering like most boats. Just not much a fan of listening to another auto helm type whirl of the wheel back and fourth.

Looking for proper auto pilot set up for my 27' c dory fishin boat. I have an old autohelm with some issues with the drive belts slipping off electric motor internally. Pain to remove and fix time and time again so I want to upgrade to a new unit the other main issue is that I have hydrolic steering and 95% of the time I shut down main engine while trolling and run my 15 hp kicker with that said no hydro pump running with big engine off any thoughts out there in units that I can install to ease auto pilot in steering or will it always struggle with a stiff helm

Talked with fellow salmonid friend today working on shoreline in the joe south between pump station and chalets and saw 200 yds off shore many kings porpoise and jump must be a school headin for the piers

There today as well, poor fished 140-165 marked em but no bites all deep on. Column meat spoons worked it hard
