Walleye boards.. fish were 10-12 inches long!! Not much to pull on fish that small!!
I hear ya.
We drag TX12's in the spring vs the walleye boards. They're great for flat lines or short cores. Set the drag real loose on your reels too.
You can see if you're even dragging a weed. The 12's are a lot more sensitive than the walleye boards. Pick up a pair and give 'em a try. You'll see what I mean.

What kind of boards are you runnin' Jeff? Too big maybe?

nice video , what kind of camera and mount?
A gopro and a panasonic hand held. I use various types of mounts. The one I like best is actually just an extendable painters pole attached to the consule! Works really well to get the camera above the action.

I just put the finishing touches on another video. Roughly 5 minutes long or so.
Check it out!

I shot this a couple weeks ago, while chasing slabs in northern MI. Hope you like!

I donated enought tackle last year on my 20lb rigs. No way am I going to downsize. I'll just stick to my swr, and coppers with floro leaders for stealth.

Just spool it on, nice and tight. No need for the lead ball.
