  1. Does any one have a 450 of blood run super twist 45 lb super copper on a tekota 800. If so how much backing do you have on it? Or do i have to put it on a convector 55? I tried to fill one today and can only get 375 on it with 700 ft of 50 lb power pro backing.

  2. The bath house is north at the state park you cant miss it.

the setups you have should work just fine.

Im sure the jet divers will catch steelhead and coho. I just havent tried them i use short lead cores 1-5 colors.

Very few run the big boards because of the different depths they are trying to cover. If the outside gets a fish with your jet diver you cannot set it on the inside closest to the boat of your 300 copper. What i do when running big boards is bring the planner clip of the 300 copper to the boat put it on the other side of the boat and rest the shallower rod then put the deeper rod back out. It works well running 2 rods per side but is a pita when running 3 so then i use the walleye boards.

  3. You guys that dislike the weigh 5 arent meat fisherman are you? Who cares w ho can kill the most. I want to see somebody put up a 20lb average on a 10 fish tournamet. Never gonna happen but it can happen on a weigh 5

  4. i run a 13 lb ridgeback on my center rigger and 12 lb sharks on the corners on lake michigan. they all catch fish as do round balls. i do prefer the sharks though. and i know for a fact that lakers off port austin in water you could see bottum in 45ft will hit a lure behind a chrome shark but not a yellow anodized ridgeback trailing same rig of both riggers. even changed hot rod to other rigger. didnt matter all nine lakers in limit came off same rigger with the shark weight. there are days the ridgebacks are smokin hot though to.so its all personal preference.

  5. a buddy of mine has a saber with outboards. it has twin 75 mercs on it. and there is 1 that is docked in grindstone michigan with an outboard. you could always buy one and repower with a transome bracket and the outboard of your choice. propnut has pictures of a starcraft they did this on.

  6. ive got the clarions they work awsome for the long coppers and leads. the high speed is great for clearing lines. i however fish mostly attractors and run a 7 to 9 rod spread. imo i think i would rather have the lower gear ratio of a tekota for FF and meat riggs. but for spoons the high speed is real nice.
