Just my opinion but if I'm am going to run 32# copper I mode as well run lead. The hole point of running copper is to run less line and get down deeper. I run lead and 45# copper and slowly switching all of my long lines to 45# make it easier to run more lines.

100 for me I could fish that depth all year long and catch fish most of the time.

I would lever trade my fish hawk for any thing. I can use one set of batteries, and if I'm searching for a certan temp it has a fast response time. I have to worry about to many other things to have to worry about a cable going to my probe.

I used to run 4 riggers and would wash a lot of baits, droped down to 2 and added 2 wire divers and could not keep all 4 rode in the water most of the year.
-
I've also run Amish buggy bags. Have ran the for three seasons with no signs of ware, very pleased with them

I use my gps speed only when my fishhawk is out of the water because it is way more accurate than the fishhawk surface speed which is based on a paddle wheel and gps is off from satellite
-
Those numbers are your longitude like muskegon is 43 deg 13' 41" north by gps

Run anything bright and high in the water and bump up the speed a little works for me.

Run anyting bright and high in in the water column and bump up your speed has been working for me

I try to find a good temp break with a temp around 50 degrees and try to consentrate around that area seems to produce most of my fish

I found my fishhawk 4x online for around $540 plus shipping and have loved it no problems, I have been using the same set of batteries that I started with last year just turn it on hook it up and read the speed/temp easy as cake
Anything out of muskegon ???
