  1. Koden CVS 811 fishfinder, unit is in nice shape, works excellent, includes 2 transom mount transducers, 50 KHZ and 200 KHZ. Si Tex still supports this machine with parts and service, also a dual beam transducer with split leads for the input is available from them in Thru hull and transom mount ,meaning you only have to mount 1 transducer, does not include power cord or mounting bracket, unit is working in pics on test leads, GUARANTEED not to be DOA $65 + shipping email for pics [email protected]
  2. try TC permit sevices, I found them on the net when pulling a 30 Baha from Wisconsin to PA, made life simple for a reasonable service fee http://www.tcpermitservice.com/Types.htm
  3. Fished the Ohio waters of Erie on sunday, put 160 yellow perch on ice, the fish came in all sizes with a nice amount of jumbo critters, the trick for us was to set up on bait balls, moved a few times to find the right spot, it was very evident that keying on bait balls was important, as most boats near us caught very few fish in the time we limited out, experiences like this, makes you feel better about spending way to much on electronics ,we were in 51 FOW 4.82 miles out of the wall on a 3 degree heading, would be a good place to start if your looking
