This is a BIG fish contest. To keep things as fair as possible, each Great Lake will have its own contest.

Rules

Unfortunately it does not show all of the tail. The whole fish and the read out needs to be in the photo.

Could a few of you that have digital scales take a picture of a fish on the scale and the digital read out of the scale and post a picture for me? The photo needs to show the whole fish and the digital read out.

Sorry about the short notice on this, and its still in the planning stages.

Who's up for some walleye whacking and a meet and greet get together? I have an open time frame in the racing schedule and would like to have a get together. This will be a walleye stacking/whacking good time! After a fun day of fishing I would like to get together for a fish fry(fresh walleye) and chips.

When: 23 June

Where: Au Gres

Walleye fishing on the bay is HOT right now!

I need to know who is interested in a get together and we will go from there.

I also bass fish and it is the best of 5 fish that make you work for the big ones.

Bass fisherman use a livewell and can keep their 5 alive while they cull for bigger fish. Salmon have a higher mortality rate. I have not seen a salmon live in a livewell for very long. Once they are pulled from their preferred temp and put into 80 degree live well water, its a done ticket.

How about a comprise on the number? Some want 10 fish, and others want 5 fish. Set the limit at 7 and eveyone should be happy!
