One thing that is bad about the L-J snubbers is that there is a shock cord in the middle that stops it after it stretches a certain distance.
The shock cord will prevent you from loosing your gear in the snubber breaks. I broke a snubber earlier this year, and did not loose anything.

Yes, I put the DNR press release (on baiting etc) on the bottom of the orginal post above.
Sorry Ed!
Guess I should have slowed down and read it instead of skimming through it. I have a lot going on outside the web right now. Hopefully after this week, things will be back to normal for me.

I have been contacted by Yogurt flies. They would like to have their flies tested. Its late in the season, and they would like to get them tested before the end of the season. They are looking to put their products in the hands of 5 people. I am not sure how many flies each person will receive. Who is still fishing and would be able to test these within the next two weeks and write a review?
All reviews will be reviewed by me before they are posted.
Your review will be based on.
Appearance/Quality
Durability
Hooks
and if it catches fish

I need your name and mailing address. The flies will be shipped directly to you.

I "heard" this is for all areas below the bridge.

Nice job Clair. Did you get photos of your fish with the Siggs Rigs for the photo contest?

Mike,I had a issue with the ZIP code(prompted to add one),being I'm in Canada,we use postal codes, thus I just typed a random code.
Looking good BTW:cool:
Adrian,
The zip code is for the weather module on the home page. It shows a 3 day forcast, and a live radar image. Unfortunately it only works with zip codes. Enter a zip code for a U.S. city near you and you should be able to get the weather module to work for your area. You should be able to find a zip near you by doing a google search.

Your name will also show up in every post you have made already.

I installed a modification to the software today that display's our names below your post count on the right side. This should make it easier to keep track of who everyone is.

Everyone will need to modify their profile to get their name added, so it shows up with each post.
- Click on UserCP
- Click on Edit Your Details(First one on the left side below Your Profile)
- Scroll down and enter your first name in where it says Real Name(I do not recommend people using their last name also)
- Click on Save Changes
- Reply to this thread to see if it worked.

There was a story on the 11pm news last night about that, but I fell asleep around 10pm.
