Whats the big difference between blood run 32lb test copper and any other brand of copper like howie? Just readin alot of reports with blood run, whats so much better about this stuff?

Vanish by berkley .... is just garbage

A buddy of mine fishes out of Muskegon 3-4 times a week, and it seemed every time we went out on the same day, we could be running the same presentations and depths even, he would still out fish us. Finally asked him whats the difference? Vanish Flourocarbon. Started running this for my copper leaders and sliders a few years ago, even started running a 10ft piece of 20lb floro to the base line of my rigger, catch rate doubled two fold. Now it isn't uncommon to outfish him.

I just tried letting out multiple dipsies on one side yesterday, just to see if I could do it (only two people on the boat, wanted a set of long lines instead) and the key is letting them out slow. Also, I'm not sure if it was mentioned earlier, maybe it doesnt even make a difference, but it seems to on my boat, but I don't to let out my dipsies when I'm making a turn. Seems like more often than not the moment I try that something is bound to get tangled in it. Hope it works better for ya next time out.

Finally got out on the lake for the first time this year. Fished from 6:00-10:00 and pretty much washed baits. Started in 60fow and worked our way out to about 160 fow. Best depth was 135 fow. Ended up 1 for 3. 67 down on a double trouble caught 1 and the other two hits came 57 down on a flounder pounder. Hopefully these next couple weeks will be better.
