Great job Paul!

One thing you may run into is the 1lb ball may tangle with your diver rods because of the sink rate of the 1lb ball while you are letting it out.
-
Couple more from today. All released.
Nice Hen
Chomer Buck
Nice fish Jay!
YOU ARE FAMOUS!!! I saw you on the 6 o'clock news(Woodtv). You was taking a picture of a guy/friend who was holding his fish. He had a stringer through the gill already. There was another guy in the fore ground who was fighting a fish.

How crowded is this show for buying gear? Is it a mad rush in the doors, or is it pretty civil?
It is not crowded, and they usually have some GREAT deals.
This thread is from last year, and the date is not correct.

I have a Chef'sChoice EdgeSelect 120 Diamond Hone Sharpener I use to sharpen mine with. I picked it up on ebay.

Which is better Mike?
I like prochips for 8" flashers and hotchips in the 11" flashers.

19th works for me.
Even if I do go to the boat show' date=' I can go another time.
Or, just go to skipper buds and walk on some big boats.
Pretty much the same thing.
Just nice to look. I will never be able to afford one (a big new one).[/quote']
They usually don't have any big boats there. I was disappointed the last time I went.

I am sure I have a setting with my laptop that is messed up...
the video as it plays has a green layer over top if it. The sound works fine... just cant see it.
What version of Windows media player are you running.

The username and password is in this post.

Ok' date=' maybe it is just me, but what user name and password is everyone using? I tried my system (GLF) user and pass and it didn't work.[/quote']
This is not your username for the website. In another post about the player, it has the username and password.
After I get home from work today, I will look into this.

I will look into this tonight. Anyone else having this issue?

Don't people at the ramp see you with downriggers and ask what you are doing?

I run a 15lb ball down the chute and 15lb pancakes on the corners. I bent the tails out on the pancakes so they pull out, and I have never had an issue with them getting tangled. My boat is 27' long, 10' wide and weighs close to 10,000lbs fully loaded with gas and gear. It does not get blown around like the aluminum boats do.
To me....it seems like I get a lot of blow back with the 15lb round ball.

Its a tad bit breezy here, and we just lost power. I will not make the chat tonight.
-
I left out that all of the fish came around 185fow.

Nice job Grant!
If I have time tonight, I will make a screen caption video showing how to upload and post images.
-
It's your internet connection. Open the video and pause it. Let the gray bar load for a little bit, then unpause the video.

I saw Kasey Kahne drink a Budweiser after the second duel 150 this year.

http://www.fishdock.net/netlisting. Here are the net locations at Muskegon.
Give Paul Jensen a call. He will know what nets are still out. He is one of two commercial fisherman at Muskegon. http://www.fishdock.net/

I have always replaced the blades when I missed(I have missed my share of deer) or got a deer.
What does everyone else do? Do you sharpen, replace, or reuse them without doing anything to them?

it tells me the upload is done after 1 bar and the screen is white...but there is nothing
I will look into this when I get home.
