Using the spool tensioner as a drag is bad for your reel long term. It should be adjusted just tight enough to remove the end play from the spool shaft. Okuma has some new reels featuring a one way bearing in the spool tensioner to set as a drag, but your reel will thank you if you just use the line out clicker.

Blacks with a rubber band, it's win-win. The rubber band will telegraph shakers and a strike is rarely missed with this dual system. -
Maybe try 200# Power Pro Spectra line?
