Great discussion here guys. Love everyone's willingness to help, and I'm learning from it too, so thank you. My only comment to add would be to lure/colour/pattern differences. All other things being equal from a detail presentation perspective, often times I find only one particular lure type, colour or pattern is getting hit. If you're not on it, the other items don't make up for the difference. Sure, there are rare days where "anything green" works, but I don't find they are very regular for me.
