Ok back from the trip and not so good. First thing that I noticed is that I didnt have boards with me and everyone was using them. I ran the dipsys off the rigger holders and ran 4 riggers. I think that I had to much out there. Are they running the dipsys off the boards? To spread the patterns out more?

What is the prime temp for eyes?? Going trolling for them for the first time, where in the water column should I be looking for (temp wise). Thanks

I have a set of 15' out riggers thought about putting them on my boat. Anyone ever run Lead core off them. Woundering if it would interfer with my divers that I run to the side also?? Thanks

Hay, I am from the New york area. I have been trolling for salmon in lake Ontario for years now. My Buddie at work has talked me in to pulling my boat out of the water and taking it to get some of those walleye I here so much about. Here is the thing I never trolled for them before, he has but only in a small row boat. So if you guys could give me any tips about: trolling speed Prime water temp looking for And Im thinking lead core, riggers, divers maybe. He has all the other tackle I just supply the important stuff ha ha. thanks Guys

I think it is a 10LB ball, and it was down 90', but I think is doing it at around 40' also, what ball weight you recommend with it?

For some reason My fish hawk will cut out at faster trolling speeds. at like 1.8 to 2.0 its ok (sometimes) at 2.5 or higher forget it Even with the gain turned up, also I think it works better when there is no line in the release. And when the speed goes up it seems like the temp goes up also. it is a used system and my first time using it. Is there a certain way to set it up release whise. or something I need to adjust??

Ok changing the line on my rigger rods, I think they are to heavy and messing up my presitation. What do you guys suggest to use go light (12lb) maybe. Thanks for the help Oh when you guys run NK spoons do you take the ring off the end. Im running them with a 30# ball bearing barrel swivel.

I need to order or pick up a lead core rod. What do you guys suggest, what lenght and weight etc..

what is the best ball speed? what angle do you look for in the rigger rods, and how much bend in the dipsy rods?

What is the best trolling speed for kings in Lake Ontario. I have all the same stuff out as the charters, and watch them hook up right in front of me, while my rods sit dead. Ha Ha that is not fun to watch. I have GPS, And FISH HAWK? Also I run the wire right to the dipsy, Is that messing the presentation up?
