Anybody fishing. After today I'm off for a week and hope to do some fishing. Mostly out of Port Austin. Anybody been out?

Fished out of Port Austin last night for a little over an hour with my son. Picked up three. One on a crawler harness (orange) with bottom bouncer. Two on dipsey's w spoons. One up high one down low. 35 ftw near the light house. Sure we could of picked up more but he was ready to head in. Marked a boatload of fish. Should be a good weekend.

Thanks for the reply. May try oak point out of caseville. I heard a rumor they were picking a few up a couple weeks back. Havnt had a chance to get out due to work so I'm itching to go.

Thinking of taking my kids and parents fishing Tuesday. Anybody doing any good. Thinking perch but open to walleye. Looking at sebewaing to port Austin or even harbor beach. Any reports would be appreciated. Thanks Scott

Thanks for the welcomes. Hopefully I'll be able to post some more but have to get work out of the way and figure my launch strategy since port austins is out off commission for most of the summer.

Fished out of sand point tues afternoon. Picked two up on the north end of the slot plus one throwback then moved inside north island picked up four more and a nice smallie and one throwback. Fished 9 ftw crawler rigs with a perch colored and pink getting most fish.
