This is absoultly amazing to see all these members coming together for what sounds to be a fun filled day on the water! Thank you to Caznik and all the other organizers of this event for thinking of Benefit4Kids when deciding to make this event a charity fundraiser as well. Everybody always says to us "I don't know how you can do it"....the truth is we can't without the support of individuals like yourself! All we do is organize the opportunity for these less fortunate kids to realize their dream come true, but without the awesome support we get, we would not be able to do this! The average cost of a trip is about $3000.00 right now, so you can see how important every fundraiser is to our efforts. Benefit4Kids is a 100% volunteer organization, which means 100% of the donations brought in go straight to the kids! To make this event even more meaniful to everyone, let me introduce you to the newest kid we have just received paperwork on. 15 year old Nicholas Wallace from New Port Richey Florida suffers from type 1 Neurofibromatosis, which “is a condition characterized by changes in skins coloring and the growth of tumors along nerves in the skin, brain, and other parts of the bodyâ€. As a result after 3 surgeries due to enlarging tumors throughout his body, nick lost his left leg from the knee down. Nick is doing much better today and now running around (literally running) with a prosthetic leg and not only is full of energy, but Nick lives every day knowing the tumors may come back! Nick loves the outdoors, especiall fishing and living in Florida he is use to catching salt water fish…..but has always wanted to catch the monster Salmon found in the Alaskan Waters that he reads about and see’s on TV. Well nick is also a HUGE Football fan and would like to fish with Steve McNair. Benefit4Kids will make sure Nick’s “Outdoor Wish†comes true…..and what better sponsor to help B4K make Nick’s dream come true, than a group of guys/gals with big hearts participating in a fundraiser based around Salmon fishing!!!
