  1. I was in Manistee this past weekend hoping to get out, but the lake said otherwise. Talking to a few captains, they had been getting good fish from 100-250 fow, in the top 40 fow. Good luck
  2. Heaterman, 2 in the head and one in the outboard... ;-)
  3. Good luck mark. It's been almost a month and no reply to me...
  4. I am flying back then driving back up to Alaska, Reid.. :-) That may be a possibility. . :-)
  5. But I'm coming back to Michigan the first part of October to move the better half up... :-)
  6. Thanks Sherm. .. My problem is shipping. I'm in Alaska....
  7. Thank you Sherm... Yes, it looks like I will be making a trip up to Cabelas in Anchorage soon...
  8. My 13 lb is in 300 fow off manistee. With my Dr probe... lol
  9. Good morning guys, I have been searching all over the net and I'm unable to locate Ridgeback Rattlers. Are they not produced any longer? Thanks
  10. Run the braid. Much easier to handle, trip the dipseys, and I feel that you get a better fight. Add wire when you can afford it. You won't regret it. The diawas will handle it. I run okuma convectors and they do just fine for me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app
  11. Foulpursuit, Braid and wire all the way. I dont even mess with mono dipseys any more. They both produce very well Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app
  12. Nice job Capt Gene.. Can't wait to run my wire divers up here. These guys are stuck in the 80's and have never even heard of wire divers, lead core, copper.... Time to do some schooling. Only downfall is being limited to one rod per person. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Great Lakes Fisherman mobile app
  13. Good evening all, Since the boat hasn't sold, it looks like we will be shipping the Knapptime to Alaska.
