Was wondering how the cold water would effect the bite.

Fished 5:45 am - 7:45 am, ended up 7-7, solo limit with two released. 
 
1. 6:30 am, 110 fow, rigger down 75 ft, bloody nose mag, 6 lb king
2-4: 7:00am, switched out one rigger to meat rig, it got immediately hit, and so did my other two lines. Tripled up running solo.  What a blast.   Was able to land all three.
2. 18 lb king, 111 FOW, rigger down 100 ft, meat rig.  Kept this pole in my hand
3. 9 lb king, #2 of triple, 111 fow, rigger down 75 ft, bloody nose again.  Kept this pole in holder and reeled it occasionally when fighting the 18 lb fish.  Stayed hooked up and landed it  
4. Small king, #3 of triple, 111 FOW, 300 copper, green jeans, could tell it was the smallest of the three so I adjusted the drag to slowly peel out while fighting the other two fish. Released    
5. 7:20 am, 13 lb king, same meat rig on rigger down, 100 ft in 112 fow
6. 7:30 am, other rigger now with meat rig down 100 ft in 111 fow , 10 lb king  
7. 7:45 ish, opposite rigger again down 100 ft in 111 fow, had to release it, 5-6 lb steelhead  
Talked to Littleboat on the way in. We both had a fun morning. 

Still a morning bite? Was out 2 days ago. Took one right away. Then 5 hrs with nothing n of PS

7/3 evening. 3 for 3. 80-110’. 60 down. N troll. Spoons. One on 225 cu.

1/1 4 hrs. Between PS and GH. 75-120 fow. 15lb king came in 120. 71 down rigger on a milar spoon

I called Limnotech because all I could get was seagull.com web site for buoys with no updated data. Company that put up seagull was supposed to leave old links active.
Go through this link for complete buoy summary n then pick n bookmark your favorite buoy(s).
BTW kings are starting to show up here, SoHa and Port Sheldon/Holland

Very warm water. 70+ 85’ down.

Did you mark lots of fish and if so are they scattered after the flip?

Trolled 100-150 w/ strong N to S current
Most fish came in 115. Spinners z and flies took all hits. 2.5. Cold water on top.

Most fish came in 115. Spinners z and flies took all hits. 2.5. Cold water on top.

Trolled s to Saugatuck, 2 for 4. 2 lakers, lost one screamer after a long fight. All hits came on the s troll, 3.0 mph. 5 color, dipsey, Chrome/ blue,orange

40-50 down. 3.0 speed.

1 for 2. Both kings. One one a green dolphin 180 fow. 300 copper. One hit a dipsey 170 back on a 3. Ripped 350 out real strong. Big fish. Came off on the way in.

1 for 1 coho. Nbk down 50 rigger

Fished 11am to 4 pm.

Trolled from PS to GH starting at 70fow. Moved out 10 ft about every 1/2 hr. Turned S neat GH at 120fow trolled back to PS ending at 85 ft. Very few marks.

6 /18 pm. 5 hrs from 140 - 200 fow skunked

Tough allright. We took a big skunk similar program. Fished 100 to 140 fow no hits.

We're you north or south? We struggled.

Started at the 57 line trolled north from 70 to 170

Missed one on a dipsey. Missed one on l

10 color. That's it. Tough bite for me. Fished mostly 60 down with flashers and j plugs 1 st skunk of the year

Got late in the am. 3 for 5. Took a nice 18.5 # king on a dipsey 140 with a blue chrome paddle One of those morning we should have got out early.

Swapping to electronic ignition is cheap and very easy. Never deal with ignition issues again. Just saying.
