This new law has now had its first test. A couple were boating in the Muskoka's in Ontario. The OPP pulled them over (after they did try to outrun them) and found they had open alcohol on board and no lifejackets. As well, both parties were both naked. hehehe. They were not charged for not having any clothes on, but were charged with having the alcohol. The driver of the boat, the female, has immediately had her drivers license suspended for 90 days. If convicted of the impaired charge, she will lose her drivers license for a year.
