west system epoxy...105 resin, 205 hardener. make a box out of wood then fill with epoxy and let set up. after your finished you can remove the wood or let it be, it worked good for me.

I have had the scottys break running diver rod, I lost it all.... now I run tight locks for reguler rods and I have home made ones for diver rods. 10ft wire rod running magnum diver at 2mph puts a lot of force on the rod holder.

ad a swivel and run it.
