Is there anyone out there that would like a  2015 Key Largo walk around, this would be a turn key deal. The boat has a 2015 Suzuki 140 4 stroke with 200 hrs. on it the reason I know this is I have changed the oil twice. The boat also has a Simrad nss7-evo2 gps. & a all scan transducer, a  wash down system & rod / tackle storage, a bimini top with a full enclosure for foul weather.  I have put Cisco triple rod holders &  I have a anchor retrieval system, the trailer is a 2015 dual axel aluminum bunk trailer with brakes.

I run 2 wire rods with dipseys, I think the wire out performes the braid 10 to 1. I use braid (50lb) on all my downrigger rods. This year I bought 2 new wire rods & I am going to try wire with rubber bands off the planer boards, Hope I aM Not crazy.

I have always ran cannon's but decided to up grade & didn't like the comments on the cannon's so I bought 2 scotty's with the captaIns pack. Have not had a chance to use them yet but they do look very sweet. I'll let u know in april.

I always take a 6ft leader & a snap & after the rigger is down I hook the slider on the line from the rod. It will go down to the belly in the line & stop, when a fish hits it will slide down & trip the relese.

I have had the pleasure of fishing with Bill Shubbuck in this derby. He is one of the greatest guys I have ever met. I had problems with my boat & he hung in there with me till we got it fixed. I have a bad hip & it is very hard for me to get up & down; he did moast all the work & never complained once. I think I am very lucky to have found him & I found him on this web site. Thank you.

I have been thinkg about an engine mount trolling motor. I was looking at the Minn Kota em165, it has 165lbs of thrust & mounts onn the cavitation plate.Any thoughts?
