I would never tell my wife but the extra 1/2 car garage on top the normal 2 car..thats why we really moved! Its my little getaway with my boat and toys. I have since installed cable and mounted speakers into the ceiling out there. In February I was able to go out there sit in my boat with a basketball game on.....aaaaahhhhh!
