anchovy Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 Hi everyonedoes anyone notis any differen´t betwen this two types of boats then you use downriggers what material have the best catch rate you think !does you have to bond the aluminium boat some way other than the way they have done at the factory? Alligator Posted August 13, 2007 Share Posted August 13, 2007 I have a 24' crestliner w/hardtop and I will get blown around a little, were glass boats will typically track straighter. I trailer my boat all over and like the alum. for that, but I think my next boat will be glass. We didn't do anything special when rigging my boat, and it was an old chartter.
