Hit the water at southhaven and set lines at about 5 pm yesterday evening for outr first trip out this year. Only trolled for about 2.5 hours and ended up one for one on a coho that took a black and red thinfin on a line board 50' back and 75' out on the line counter. water was 43.3 degrees 10' down on the subtroll, and 44.1 on the surface. I question myself as the water was very coudy and now debate wether or not I should have went out looking for clearer water but would have lost fishing time to do it as the evening doest not leave you much on the way of time when home it 1hr and 10min away. Call it hiensight. Lake had about a 1' chop and it was brezzy but being off shore made for a nice shake down cruise.
