littleboat
Wow that wave forecast was off today by 3ft. My boat was soaked from the bow to the helm. No bites today. Marked lots of fish and bait. Could not get one taker. Lake temp was 55 top to bottom in 100-150 fow. Lake Mac was 49.9. I caught this freighter backing out of the harbor when I headed in, 1st time I've seen that, I don't know if he couldn't get in because of the wind problem or he just backed out entirely after his port call? Question: Does anyone know what muskegon lake's water temperature is now? Salmon Catcher
Looks like a bulk carrier.
littleboat
Yes, definitely a bulk carrier. Wind and waves have still been terrible (3-4ft) waves. I've been able to fish around the pier heads, but very few marks and no bites even using some golden shiners and various non baited jigging spoons.Lots of perch marks in mac. Haven't caught a walleye in mac this year. One ramp is still in. Water temp was 43° two days ago.Typical perch caught while jigging 8"Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
