Bobr
Fished 6:30 to 11. Went 3/4 with a small steelie and 2 kings. Since I'm fishing the GH tournament this weekend, not much detail ...butI landed a 28 lb King on a five color with a coyote spoon around 9:30 this morning. I was fishing solo so it was quite exciting! Sent from my iPad using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App

John's Tuition
@Seahunt210 Water temps are TOTALLY different now compared to Thursday, so depths probably don't mean anything now. Hopefully, now that the GHOC tourney is done there will be more reports. I'd like to find a 28lb king, myself Nice work @Bobr!
Bobr
Seahunt is right ...the water has changed. But last thursday I got the hog in 232 fow slightly north of GH. By friday when I was pre-fishing for the tournament, the salmon were gone. Here's a pic of the hog... the small king is 16 lbs! dan agnello
In SoHa this spring very few kings; none in 55’ in May. But, 115-170’ we are knocking off some nice size Coho n Steelies.

Lucky to be in the Middle port of zmuskegon 100 or so to st Joe 90 or so to Ludington King Playground then a quick skip to Manistee big Kings make it worth every mile!Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
dan agnello
Yep you have a perfect location. I’m 25 from SJoe and Holland and 75 to Muskegon but from where I fish late August, Manistee and Frankfort, 3 1/2 and 4 hrs away.
