Is South Haven as google as St Joe’s for May Salmon

I’m heading to the west side of the state and originally inquired about St Joe’s but my wife wants to go to South Haven. Mid May will the kings be in South Haven area or am I better to head to St Joe’s?

I've done well last few years out of South Haven first three weeks of May.

I usually fish first week of May further south, next two weeks South Haven,  then Holland until July.

South Haven should be solid in mid-May.  We've nailed them in Grand Haven the 3rd week of May.

South Haven is a great place for fishing, one of the best for me. And talking of that, do you know great fishing online blogs? I mean such blogs, where you can find everything about fishing, like here ( this one: Fishstainable.com ). It helps me sometimes to remember things about fishing and how to choose the right fishing stuff before I go on the lake.
