A massive 1960 flood in Odanah, Wisconsin, home to thousands of members of the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe, was the beginning of a monumental shift in life on the reservation. In the next three decades, waves of people moved out of the flood plain until virtually the entire town had relocated to higher ground.  Read the full story by National Public Radio.
