Fished with my buddy and his daughter. We started in 140 ft of water in the 53's and went sw. We didn't lift a rod for a hour and a half then got started with a double when we got to 200 fow. We had good action for a couple hours from 200 -220fow. Took it to the 38s west, 50's south. Full core with a mag holographic blue dolphin hit 2. Mag low diver out 150 took 2 with a lemon ice spin dr and pickled sunshine fly. MS sarge on a rigger down 80, double orange crush free slider on a 100 ft rigger hit 2. 3 color with a orange crush yeck. 300 copper with a yeck jerrid. 80 ft copper and a yeck lemon ice.Ended up 9 for 12. Nice mix of steelies, lakers, coho and kings. Lots of fish and bait in this area. Good luck!

Hey Ed,

Didn't think you were up there this late in the year. We were fishing the river and the fishing was real slow. Started saturday decent and then it tanked. Thought about headed to the big lake but decided to stay in the river. Wish we would have went out.

Are they getting any 4 YO out there anymore? Stopped at the fish cleaning station and by the looks in the ref rig, looks like all the mature fish are headed up river. Very poor season so far.

Sent you a PM Ron.

Dan, I brought the boat home so last troll for us. No mature kings for us and anyone at the cleaning station when I was there. It will be interesting to hear the Little Manistee weir count, bet it will be real low, hope they get enough eggs this year.
