Went 2-3 in around 85 fow. 7 lb steelie on a 7 color with orange looking spoon. I call it nascar, but is is orange with black and white flag on it. As soon as that hit, put out more orange and within 10 min had a lake trout on other 7 color with orange jubilee. Was a bit choppy so speed attempted was 2.5 or so. Faster at times due to waves. Both fish came on a north troll. Missed fish was a rigger releasing with no fish on down 45 jawbreaker spoon.Listened on the radio all morning. Best I heard was another boat had two steelies fishing in 110 fow. All others were skunk or slow. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
