danthebuilder Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 Spent a few hours out there today with 2 others. Total bust. A few bites but didn't hook up. A few people around we saw catch fish but nothing worth driving there for. Heard reports of limits there a few days ago. Yesterday, I went to a small lake that shall never be named. Last year it was amazing could limit every trip if you wanted to. I never kept a single fish. I knew there was too much pressure on it. It was my 3nd trip to that lake this season. I've caught 0 gills so far. Really sad.If anyone knows where I can catch a pike in the area. I'd love a pm. I have put tip-ups with live minnows about 20x w/o a pike on various lakes in the area with no luck. Doesn't have to be big.
