Priority1 Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 Steve, I'm assuming you are referring to the Steeples N. of the Big Charity Island in Saginaw Bay. About any trolling method will work. I have used bouncers and harnesses as well as cranks in that area. The Steeples offer some nice structure in the relatively flat Saginaw Bay. Be careful if you go out there.
