ballsdeep184 Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Ok one of my favs! Stuffed burgers! hamburger,onion,mushroom, feta or creamcheese or both! Two thin patties add ur stuffing, mine cream cheese ,feta cheese, pepperjack cheeses and onion, mushroom and bacon, in small amounts! Then press two patties together, salt and pepper well ,grill on foil low heat cook slower and they stayed sealed, when done I always top with french onion chip dip , but mayo ketup mustard and fresh lettuce is good too!
