TROUT TRACKER Posted February 12, 2006 Share Posted February 12, 2006 Hit the zoo Saturday 2/11 We started out dropping back bags and skien,My b-inlaw was the first to hook up on a pink bag but after a short battle the fish threw the hook:mad: A short time later I hooked up into this nice hen steelie on salmon skien Now I have got some fresh steelie skien:D I had another pick up but it spit it before I could set the hook. just before we left that hole I told my b-inlaw to work a plug back through the hole after working it back 75 ft a nice steel slammed the black/gold tot but it to came unstuck after a run at the boat and a jump,(this was his first time steelie fishing) Throughout the rest of the day we had several other hits on plugs but couldn't keep them stuck.
