MY2SONS Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 My name is John, and I am an avid great lakes fisherman who, at the moment, is between boats. I'm planning on upgrading from my last rig (a 2001 17.5' Lund Fisherman)which I sold a while ago due to an expanding family to something bigger, but want to see what the economy does this year. I've never used copper, or lead, but I've added several of each to my arsenal for when I do get my boat. My wife thinks I'm crazy for buying fishing equipment when I don't have a boat yet, but it's easier to buy a little at a time then a lot at once. I came across this site from a friend of mine who goes by "Plum Crazy", and I have to say it's nice to see a chat room tailored to fellow fisherman.
