2001 SeaSwirl Striper 2301WA

Recommended Posts

I was reading on some other forums for boating that you can use an 8-9 hp motor that is the high thrust kicker that uses lower gearing and a larger diameter prop. Might save some weight and money. Worth checking into.

Hey Pecker

This was a recommendation from Carl Miller and the reason, he said, was due in part to the auto pilot that i am putting on holding a tight course in the rough stuff. You know how it is when you are going to run tourneys......you can't pick your weather!! I welcome everyones opinion though because i have always trolled with my big motor in every boat i have ever had.
