Grand Haven Info?

I'm planning on fishing gh this sat/sun.Just wondering how the salmon action has been close to the peir out to 60fow or so.I fish out of a smaller boat and don't like to get out very far on the big water.The last few year's i've done pretty good in close first thing in the a.m. and the last hr or so before dark.I just don't want to make the long drive over if the fish are still out deep.Any info would be a big help:)

I was out on Tue and ended up 6 for 12, most of the fish came in 90 to 140 fow and down 60 to 120. The large paddles seem to be working the best. There were some boats in close, but not sure how they did. Unless we get a good north wind to cool the water off, I'm guessing the fish will be out past the 60 fow for the weekend.
