What we offer is not the style commonly known as a "torpedo". Our weights are considered a "fish" design and do not wonder all over the place. They track straight with minimal or no blow back. Most angler use our weights when trolling for Kokanee, Salmon & trout. Blow back can occur using smaller weights (8lb or less) and if trolling 4 mph or more. Additionally, our weights will not go under your boat when turning like the pancake style. Hope this clarifies any misinformation. Thanks
Where can I buy your style of weight. I live in Muskegon

I have a Depth Raider Temp Probe and every time I turn it on I have to remove the battery and bend the connector tabs out and reinstall the battery to get it to turn on. How do I fix it. I've even lost the probe and replaced it and that didn't help.

That sounds a lot different, I'll have to give them a try

I have talked to a few guys that use torpedo weights a they say they wonder all over the place

I looked at the buoy last night about 6 O'clock and I read .8 too. I turned to the webcam for the channel and the big lake looked fairly calm. I've done that before and got out there and it was a little rough. I guess we can't always believe what we see.
