I have 2 older Lowrance units 16CI and 27C that can only use the older Lakemaster GPS chips (2gb max...from ~2009). I understand they cannot use the latest chips from Lakemaster from the past few years (and they are now no longer sold).
I prefer Lakemaster because of the set of HD lakes versus what Navionics offers.
Let me know if you have an older model working chip you would like to sell, and and asking price.
