  2. I picked up a 2005 1802 this spring and absolutely love it. I was told by a person in the boating industry that 2005 is when their "record" started to improve. That did not factor into my decision one bit, I could tell that the previous owner took care of it and everything seemed great. Good luck, I doubt you will be disappointed.

  3. I fish out of Mona lake in between Muskegon and Grand Haven. I would say it has been an average year for me. I have had 3-4 skunks this year and I typically have about 2 a year. I have noticed, especially in the last month that they bites are soft. Some of my skunks, I have had 2-3 hits just nobody home. I do not remember having so many knock offs in the past. As for size most kings have been 8-19# (usually 12-14#) and steelhead 8-12#.

  4. Starcraft fishing boat. This is a great all purpose boat, great for fishing inland and the big lake. I have used this exclusively fishing for salmon and steelhead. This boat handles rough water pretty well for its size.

  5. With the fish moving closer and my normal area by Mona any net help would be great. I know there are three just north of Mona stacked between 65 and 140 ish. Just wondering where they might be just south of the channel. Thanks in advance.

  6. I fish mainly the Muskegon area. I have noticed the last few weeks that I am marking very little bait. The last two weeks I have opened a few stomach that are completely empty. Maybe the DNR was correct on the lower number of bait fish. Anybody else noticing the same thing?

  7. Went 3-6. Mostly between 80-100. White paddle and meat took 4 hits missed the 4th. White/green j plug on full core. Then lost something very big on chrome green paddle and hammer fly. Popped the rigger, I took up the slack then it was just a weight. Couldn't gain anything and it never ran. Then snapped the 30 lb line about 6 feet above the swivel.

    Biggest today was 12 lbs.
