  1. Went 10 for 12 for our 2 man limit @ the Ditch on Sunday. Buffalo Bill spoon took 4. Largest was 3lbs.11ounces. Beautiful day on the water.

  2. Hey Kevin,

Sunday: Started in 80fow @ about 6 a.m. First king slammed a u.v. paddle and a silver u.v. fly from Mikes Eyeflies on a wire dipsy set on 1.5 and was only about 60' out when it hit. Love when those wires get hit! Peeled 190' on the first run then turned tail and raced towards the boat. Never got caught up to it and it made 1 jump @ the boat and tossed the hook, grrrr. That was the big fish for the day but still boxed 2 average kings and 8 very nice coho for our 2 man limit. 1 king and 5 ho's were offshore in 210-230fow. Top 30' out there. SWR was the stud for us in closer [spoons]. Hardly any trollers out, might have been because of the threat of weather. We saw just enough rain to spot up the windshield and that's it. Did you get out?

  3. Hey Bill,

Nice 17lb.er! Had to laugh at all the comments on that "other" site. I don't miss arguing with the moderator at all. He stirs the pot more than anyone and then says he won't tolerate it.

Anyways, I will be heading out of N.B. Sunday early...been out twice this year and not a single rip. Wondering if you were in clear water or the dirt and about what depth?

Just trying to find a starting spot I can fish with some confidence. I'll be alone so only 3 lines makes it a little tough when searching. Thanks for any info, I'll let you know if I'm successful.

    Dave.
