  1. I was contemplating putting track behind the gas cap and still may.  For now I am only running 2 riggers off the side.  I am a believer in putting as long a piece of track as possible to get maximum load distribution.  My boat is in storage so I can't comment on length behind the cap.

As far as the 48 versus the 72 up front of the cap, I like the flexibility of the long track for all kinds of accessories for tool holders, net holder, board holder, cup holder........

  2. I have a 2020 2075 Tyee Magnum and mounted 72" traxstech track on each side.  No issues with my 2 Scotty DR's.  I have the track back to the  gas cap on the port side and in the same relative ending point on the Starboard side.

  3. .....Usually I run my highlines with a 3 way swivel - running a diving body bait off a shorter lead and a spoon trailing behind the diver on a longer lead. A deadly tactic.

Keep in touch, the fishing is still good and anticipating it getting even better!

Could you explain this a little more. I am having a hard time visualizing this setup... could be I'm just a dumb newbe!!!

  4. 150 and 300 additions have been a great addition. I am just trying to figure out how to get 1 more of each so i can run 300 and 150 on both sides of the boat and of course 2 more rod holders. Man the wife will love this one.

My wife counted 42 rod/reel setups on the wall in the garage...if I add another setup (2nd set of coppers) I'll be sleeping in the dog house. Should never had let her count them!
