We have updated the custom flashers page on our site. All of the flashers now have photos! There are some really sweet flahsers for 2011! The Boy Blue and Wonder Boy Glow are going to be smokin. The photo does not do them justice but the tape is the exact material used to make our Aqua (Little Boy Blue) Fly. The Green Kit Glow ia another one I can't wait to get wet!

We have totally redone the site and are really happy with the way it turned out. Take a peek and let us know what you think. There may be a few little things to straighten out so if you encounter any problems let us know.

We have added 17 new tinsels to the website. A few colors in standard tinsel and 14 fine cut materials. We are doing major work to the site so it may be a little while before the other new items will be up.

Thanks for asking!
We are a family company based out of our home in Illinois. We are starting our 7th year and have seen growth every year we have been in business. It is truly an honor and privledge to serve our customers! There is no better feeling than our customers having success with our products.
As far as new stuff goes we will be adding a few colors to each style of fly we carry. We will also be adding to our line of tinsels and flashers.
The new fly colors are a direct result of what our pro-staff has been running and having the most success with. I will post pics when we are ready to add the new colors to the site. Looking forward to another great season!

Ken,
Kevin does his own customizing. Right now he is not sharing. I even threatened to hold out on flies! LOL

Rick,
Congrats on winning the Sigg's comeback award. Maybe you can sell the flies to Billy! LOL.

Very nice looking flies! If you lived closer I would offer you a job. You will have fun catching fish with your own creations.

The 11in. Chrome down deep with a green hypnotist fly has been a stud for us. This has been a big fish combo for Kings and the occasional Laker.

I would like to make sure that we do not run out of any colors that guys are interested in. If you are planning to take advantage of this deal let me know and I will make sure Mike has enough product.
You can pm me or post here what you are interested in.
Thanks for your help,

Ken,
Do not be afraid to stretch your flasher fly 50 or more feet from the ball. Just be carefull what else is in the area. This weekend a rigger 101 feet down with a white flasher ghost pulse fly stretched back 50 to 60 feet was our top rig. When it was stretched back 15 feet it did not take a sniff.

We will have available a limited supply of the popular Green and Blue Dolphin flashers. We also have a supply of discontinued Glitter Green Glow Pro-Chips. Get them while you can! When they are gone they are gone!

We came up with some really different results. I was extremely suprised to hear your results with the bead chains, so much so that I thought that there was no way you could have possibly ran them. Obviously I was wrong about that. What works for some may not work for others. Sorry I took your post the wrong way.

I have not noticed any decrease in hookup ratios, in fact the ratio has gone way up. With this setup we simply do not lose fish!! On the contrary with the dacron setups I have several times been fighting a fish and had the dacron fail for whatever reason. I can only guess as to why. That is what caused me to look at diffrent methods of running plugs. The bead chain harnesses have been nothing less than phenominal. If you actually ran these you would see that they do not hang down and hinder hookups in any way. I could care less if I sell a single harness, that has been my experience running both setups.

The bead chains I use are rated for 80#. For the #3 J-plug I use a #1 hook and for the #4 J-Plug or #5 Silverhorde I use 1/0 hooks.

Here are the harnesses I will have on the site soon. The first set is a #3 J-Plug with the correct harness. The next plug is a #4 J-plug Then a #5 Silver Horde Plug with the proper harness for each.

zurmmy,
We will be carrying bead chain harnesses with VMC Vanadium hooks in Blood red. I am just waiting for my bead chains to show up. Since I have gone to these rigs I have not lost a fish due to the hook or dacron failing. They are a huge upgrade. I will try to post a pic later.
