Items are tentatively sold. I'll advise if sale does not go through.

Alright, price dropped. $210 for everything. How can you go wrong?

I picked up that Eagle Claw at a yard sale of an old fisherman. It was brand new, but I'd never used the brand before. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a rod it is.

For sale is one Okuma Convector CV30D spooled with 1000 feet of 7 strand 30lb. wire. Reel and wire are in excellent condition. One Shimano Talora TLA-80MRG-2 8 foot roller rod in like new condition. One Eagle Claw "Starfire" SF404 Wright and McGill 8 1/2 ft. roller rod in good condition.
I'm downsizing some of my gear so I'll give someone a great deal on all three items for $240. I prefer items to be picked up and not to ship, but will negotiate shipping if necessary.
Call or text 231-690- three four nine four, or PM on this site.

Not perfect by a long shot. Enjoy the Depth Raider. I'm done with this thread because I respect this website and it's forums, and I'm not going to get caught in the middle of something nasty.
Good luck,

I am minding my business. You posted on a public forum which makes it everyones business. Regardless of how you did it, it wasn't your post, and you should have left it alone. Period. Simple courtesy and common sense.

Matrob, how did this turn out? I'm curious. What a lowdown thing for "seanymph" to try. Probably the same guy that sets up next to you with no one else on the water and then turns behind you taking all your copper with him. And then yells at you for fouling up his rigger cables with your lures. What an arse.

Convectors are great. Very smooth, and can't beat the price.

Thanks everyone. I will check them all out.

I spoke with the seller about the FishHawk two days ago and it was already sold then. Don't know why he hasn't taken down the listing.

Improved clinch or Palomar. Both are very strong with the Palomar being the stronger of the two in my opinion, and slightly easier to tie.

Can someone please recommend a good walleye charter for Saginaw Bay or Lake Erie. I'm thinking of bringing my daughter over to the east side next year for some top notch walleye fishing.
Thanks,
Chris

Use the Willis knot to attach your backing and leader to lead core. Its a little tricky, but after a few times it gets a bit easier.

Chris,
We didn't venture far from where we were picking up fish. South troll seemed to produce more bites. As soon as we would get "get out of the fish" I insisted to turn right around and go back through them, it seemed to work. At about 930ish, the bite slowly died, but that's when our meat on the dipsy started taking fish. Good day to be on the water, and the action was just what I was looking for.
The fish here are in tight little pods it seems. Nice job sir!

Thought that musta been a flasher!!!
Lol. I'm pretty sure its a spoon.

The thing that caught my eye was the size of the spoon in its mouth. It looks abnormally large. Just as if someone enlarged the fish and put it back in the persons arms in the pic but forgot to make the spoon the correct size again. I see a few other things that don't match up also. Photoshop pic....fairly certain.

I will just agree to disagree here and leave it at that.

That sandbar just appeared earlier this year. It's a nice little spot. Some boats have found it the hard way. One of these times I will run into you when your up this way. Nice job on the fish. Sounds like you and I are likely fishing very close the same waypoints.

Why would they wait until someone is done hunting, or fishing, and potentially allow someone to continue to hunt/fish, and take animals without a license?

On some mag heads you can put whole herring in it. No need to cut them up. Run them slowly. When I do a meat program I don't go over 2.0 mph.
