Charter Captains Course Out of Buisness

I was at the Grand Rapids Sport & RV show last night and heard one of the Captains Courses went out of buisness.

Has anyone else heard this? What is the name?

I think its Great Lakes Charter Training i was told this awhile ago tried to get get ahold of Capt Mel Stackpool but all numbers have been disconected.
