where do i loosen the motor mount to replace my belt?? and any tricks or short cuts i need to know about??? thanks john

Of course you loosen the Alternator to slack off the belt; then there are two long bolts, (I can see them in your lower pic) that hold a piece of the motor mount in place. Remove these bolts and then the portion of the motor mount, that they secure. Take a look at the motor mount and you will see the piece that needs removing to take off the old and install the new belt.:)

thanks frank!!! to be sure the piece that is closest to the timing marks?? after looking closer it seems to be most logicial!!!

Yes the piece near the timing marks. Take the belt loose and try and remove it. It will then be very obvious what piece needs to be removed to get the old belt out and the new one in. It's a 10 minute job.:)
